What I collect If you use the enquiry form I receive the details you send (usually name, email, message, and the work you asked about). The site may also collect basic technical data such as IP address and pages viewed, through Squarespace and any analytics I switch on.
Why I use it To reply to enquiries about buying, hiring or commissioning work, and to run and secure the website. I do not sell your details.
Legal basis UK GDPR: taking steps toward a contract when you enquire, and legitimate interests in running the studio and the site.
Who sees it Me, and the services that host the site and email (currently Squarespace and my email provider). They only process data to provide those services.
How long I keep it Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to deal with the request and any follow-up work, then deleted or archived with other studio records.
